Travis and the folks at Carolina Environmental Construction have consistently been strong performers on any project I have tasked them to do.  CEC prioritizes safety and quality, and comes to the job with a “can do” attitude, always giving 110% until the job is done.  Next time I need a strong contractor to perform for me, and Duke Energy, CEC will definitely be at the top of my call list.
